My Size Hub is not showing: What to check

If the Measmerize Size Hub is not appearing on your product pages, follow this checklist to identify and fix the most common causes.

If the Measmerize Size Hub is not appearing on your product pages, work through the checklist below in order. Each item covers a common cause. Most issues are resolved within the first three steps.

Before You Start

⚠ ALWAYS TEST ON YOUR LIVE THEME

Make sure you are checking your published live theme, not a theme preview or a duplicated theme. The Measmerize app block is only embedded on the theme that was active when you completed setup. If you duplicated your theme after setup, you will need to re-add the app block to the new theme.

Checklist

1. The app is integrated on your live theme

In the Measmerize App, go to Customisation, in the drop down select your live theme, and make sure the Status shows as Active.

Often teams setup the app on a testing environment first. Make sure that the technical integration is also done on the live environment.

If it is not the case, replicate the Step 1 of this Article for your Live theme.

  • Select your live theme in the drop down

  • Click Activate

  • In the theme editor, open your product page template, click Add block, and select Measmerize from the list of app blocks.

  • Save and publish, your live Theme should now show Active.

2. The product is assigned to the right page template

If your Shopify theme uses multiple product page templates (e.g., product.default and product.custom), check which template is assigned to the product you are testing. The Measmerize app block must be added to that specific template.

In the Measmerize App, go to Customization and click Advanced Customization.

This should open your Store builder, where the app was integrated.

You can verify, that the app is integrated on the current live theme, and also on the relevant Product Template page. Select default Product, and ensure that this Product template is the one assigned to the products you are testing.

Note: if you have several product template active for your store, you need to add the block on each of them. The good thing is that you can also save different customisation settings for each Theme and each template.

3. The "Find my size" button is added in the product description block

When adding the App block to the template, make sure to verify that the Size Hub was not added in a hidden location, where user would not find it (eg: Footer, Header, Recommendation products, etc...).

In the Measmerize App, go to Customization and click Advanced Customization.

This should open your Store builder, where the app was integrated.

In order to make the Size Hub visible, we recommend adding the App block within the Product Information section, ideally above or below the Size Variant picker.

If you use a custom or headless storefront, make sure the <div id="measmerize-button"></div> container is present in your product page HTML. See the Shopify App Integration for Headless Storefronts guide.

4. Your size chart is created and active

In the Measmerize app, go to Size Charts and confirm that the size chart you expect to display is Active and not in Draft status.

Draft size charts will not trigger the Size Hub even if everything else is configured correctly.

5. Your size chart is mapped to the product you are checking

Open the Size charts tab in the Measmerize app and confirm that the product you are testing is included in its product mapping. If you mapped by collection or tag, verify that the product belongs to that collection or has that tag in Shopify.

A size chart that is active but not mapped to a product will not display the Size Hub on that product's page.

To verify which products have been assigned to a given size chart, in the Measmerize App, navigate to Catalogue, select the size chart name you are checking, and click assigned to size chart.

Ensure the product you are testing is appearing, and that the size chart status shows as Active.

STILL NOT SHOWING?

After going through all the steps above, do a hard refresh on your product page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to clear any browser cache.

If the widget still does not appear, reach out to us at [email protected] with your store URL and the product URL you are testing.
